I realize a motorbike is far different from a bike, but at low speeds they do
have similarities. when stopping a bike compleatly, use both brakes
accordingly until you hit around 3 or so miles per hour, at which time to
realice the front brake and only use the back brake. as provent riding your
kid's bike, if you stop w/ the front brake you get a nice little jerk when you
hit a dead stop, which could cause you to lose control of the bike, especially
if its a motorbike and you got over 400lbs to control. using the back brake
only gives a much smoother, easier stop and not as much of a jerk back when a
full stop is reached. hope this helps anyone out there
