Your prefrence was to enter the corner late to get the lean but although this is ok to get the maximum entry speed through a corner you must enter it at the neutral angle so that you hit the apex at the same angle you leave it..I know this method to work because I am a VERY agressive rider I do try to be safe but on a twisty road by myself I tend to take pride In my ability to take a slow turn at a rather extreme speed If i was to follow the turn entry you described I would most likely not be able to continue the turn and end up of the road..also granting the fact that in a race its the entry speed that maked the differance not the exit speed anyone can exit a turn fast....

As I am writeing this I realize it has no real relevance to basic rideing and hope you take no bad intention of this letter.. So i will shut up now and just say that I love your page and hope you keep up the work.

Education of any type is worth it..Knowledge is a powerful tool don't waste it.

Thanks
chris
