Three Wheeled Vehicles

As a comment on your (understandable) dislike of three-weelers, it might interest you that a Dutch guy recently invented a three-weeler that DOES lean. The rear-wheels stay straight, but the rest of the vehicle leans into the curve just like a motorcycle, caused by some ingenious tilting-mechanism, called Dynamic Vehicle Control. Due to this lean, it is more stable than a car, and there is also no problem of centrifugal forces.

This guy, Chris van den Brink, won the Dutch `Invention 1997' award last week (10/11 June, World Trade Center, Rotterdam, The Netherlands), and it seems that some big companies are very interested, so it might get on the market soon (?). So then three might be better than two!?
