Mad maps is a pretty good product.... but there are many more ...
Most tend to cover a particular region... with a few offering a variety.

They are helpful, if you are touring and are looking for "good roads"

Alas... "good roads" is a subjective term... and you may disagree with the selections.

Google "motorcycle routes"... and you will fide a dozen or so sites, that cover every sate, and region within that state
