My son's PW sat for 3 months and now I can't get it to start. I've changed the plug, put new gas, and disassembled/cleaned/blown out the carb. It doesn't even fire at all. When I pull the plug and crank it, it jumps a 1/2 gap, so it's got plenty of spark. Thanks.

Is the battery charge? Maybe a tube is pinched and it's not getting air. Is the tap clogged up?

PW-50's don't have batteries.

All you can do is make sure the spark plug is producing a spark, make sure the fuel is fresh, and make sure the carburetor seems to be working. I've had luck in the past using automotive cold-start fluid, which is mostly Ether. That will often get a reluctant engine going.
