Abbreviated to TOMS, this is Oregon's alternative to the MSF motorcycle safety curriculum. Where the MSF offers the Basic Rider Course (BRC), TOMS offers the Basic Rider Training (BRT) course. The MSF offers the Experienced Rider Course (ERC), while TOMS offers the Intermediate Rider Training (IRT) course.
