The TV soliciting injury lawyer.
Then I would take the empty gun and beat the Ditek guy. |

DEFINATLY the TV Soliciting Lawyer......I very much dislike Lawyers....overpaid, and the way they portray insurance companies is laughable. I wouldn't have known that until I worked for one, but we are obligated to present fair and reasonable offers.
We are not the evil companies that those guys make us out to be.....unfortunatly a lot of people believe what they see on TV and fall for it. |

Definately the person pitching injury related lawfirms.
Then I'd throw the gun at the stupid AFLAC duck. |

Randy, you have the order wrong . . . shoot the duck, then throw the gun at the personal injury guy . . . he's a bigger target.
Actually, the Burger King should be in here somewhere too.
And we need to remember that not all lawyers are ambulance chasers, right Cash?

6. Any of the spokes-people for Countrywide home loans. Worse than Ditek. They're especially annoying when I'm trying to watch motorcycle racing on the Speed Channel.
Best if we could get the Geico lizard to climb up on the guy and get two at once.
And I like the Chevron cars, so don't shoot them. |

7. The home-grown TV announcer who runs a cheap furniture store and puts his toddler in all his ads to say the last word -- as in, "And that's a fact --" "Jack!"
Not only does it not rhyme, the kid speaks with his fist in his mouth.
Why waste a bullet on the AFLAC duck, when you can just wring its noisy neck?
And if you read Shakespeare, you'll find that the quote actually goes, "If tyranny is to prevail, first kill the lawyers." It was the answer to a question about how best to ruin a free country.

Guess it depends on the size of your cartridge, but provided you are a good shot you could take out all of those and have a few left over for whoever else you deem worthy. |

My vote goes to the Geico Sqirrels. Little critters running people off the road should be eaten. And if you can get the duck in the crossfire, by all means. |

I wouldn't need a gun. I'd just put the little Geico Squirrels on the road in front of the injury lawyers. |

Being a truck driver, I would run out of ammo on cell phone users. We truckers use cell phones BUT, most of us know WHEN to use them, and when not to.
Sorry, on edit, I see I was to select from a list. But screw it, I'm going with cell phone users anyway. |

I'm pulling the Aflac duck off the list boys. I've just been advised that the company pays their claims fast---and fair. One acquaintence told me that they had not submitted a covered claim for over two years---and finally submitted it when it became apparent that he would need the money--and Aflac paid it immediately anyway and without a wimper. Also (a relation of my wife) has had an ongoing medical problem---and the company paid fast--and in full---each time a claim was submitted.
THAT IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME-----THE DUCK IS OK! (Now I would like to hear from those who have submitted claims to the lizard---I have always wondered how a company that spends most of it's money advertizing can have anything left to pay claims?) Comments? |

You can't pay claims unless you sell policies. What percentage of the 290 Million people in the US do you think have never heard of Aflack, pre-duck and post-duck?
Can we at least shoot Gilbert Gottfried (who is the voice of the duck)?
Geico is almost certainly the low-cost provider of car insurance, yet they spend quite a lot on advertising. (This does not mean everyone would get a better rate from them, however) And I noticed this week they've plopped down a few more bucks to be on Al Unser Jr's IndyCar. |

Nah, the Geico lizard is cool, I humbly ask that you leave the lizard alone. Well, at least the company the lizard represents is cool.
I was a victim of a motorcycle accident and the other party was insured by Geico. Both the vehicle settlement and injury settlement were prompt and fair and their claims adjustors were courteous and professional; Geico is ok in my book!
But I don't mind if you shoot the TV injury lawyers |

Too late, you already shot the loan pusher; your gun is empty.
I think I'd shoot one of the Geico cavemen. |

Easy for you to say----You probably don't have a firearm--only the bad guys have firearms in the UK?
OH---by the way----I have heard that Bob isn't doing so good lately and that stupid smile has disappeared--we won't have to shoot him now--Every time he pops one of those blue pills his instrument swells up---the blood drains from his head---and he passes out before he can do anything with it.------- |
