My latest feature-length screenplay, Ninth Lord of the Night, has reached the semi-finals in the 2008 Blue Cat Screenplay Competition.

It was up against about 2800 scripts. I'm doing a last round of revisions before sending it off to a producer in L.A. <fingers crossed>

I'm always looking for readers willing to tell me straight out what they think...so if you're interested, let me know.

Reading screenplays isn't for everyone - there's no internal exposure of thought, since you have to see it all on the screen when the actors do their thing.

I hope to have a staged reading of it in Houston before long.

Good luck with this process !

My youngest is a Mgr at a local theater as he finishes college and moves into a teaching career.

I'll let him know to keep his eye out for it on the big screen .... ( Sounds like a good contender for the IMAX ) .... I'm getting hungry for popcorn now .... geeze

Cash, Kudos!!! In my "Army Life" for over five years I was a documentary motion picture producer/director/cameraman. Very detailed, intricate work. Best of luck with it being produced.
