I dislike that I know this, but...nouns ending in y preceded by a consonant usually form the plural by changing the 'y' to 'i' and adding 'es.' However, "twisty" is an adjective, not a noun. So there really is no correct spelling. Actually, the word that should be used in order to be grammatically correct is "twist." And the plural form is "twists." So when you are carving up a mountain road, you might say you are "riding the twists." It doesn't have nearly the impact, does it?

Having said that, I'm sure that I might have long ago embarrassed myself without the spell checker here.
