A Quad-core 1.2 GHz ARM processor provides computing power, while 8GB of flash memory (expandable via micro SD cards) is built into the WiFi-enabled unit. Power is provided by a rechargeable battery (expected to offer 3 to 4 hours of life) that is easily swappable for a spare on longer road trips.
