well, since I started this topic I get to guess at Scott's number first. This presumes he can acurately remember all of his...I will venture a guess at a number of 27.

The problem here is that once I vote it gives too many hints.

Can I get the extra points for knowing EXACTLY how many it is?

As for the "favorite" comment for 36 or more. I would give the same answer I give when people ask me which island in Hawaii is my favorite: "The one I'm on right now."

Scott,

I think I can safely say you have owned 19 bikes...and for bonus 15 of them have been Japanese, and you have had 4 Ducattis.

Well if you can count the Honda I bought from my brother when I was 18 and got to ride just once before my dad made him take back then 4, otherwise....3
Honda 650

Honda Rebel 250
Virago Midnight Special 1000
V-Star Silverado 1150

Probably a good thing he had it repossessed, no training, no helmet, no gear, no brains probably wouldn't have lasted the summer in one piece.
I do have a guardian angel.

I've only owned three . . . and now with my ST1300 as the perfect machine for me, there is no reason for me to own any other

Well, I've onwed five if any one cares. One Honda 350, one Honda 360, one Honda 750, one HD 1200c and one HD Electra Glide. Out of all, I like the Electra Glide the best. It's a great "old man's bike". It may not be fast but it is blast to ride, and it makes me think how it must have been to fly one of those old P47's or P51's.
